OBA Chapters
The Oxford Business Alumni (OBA) Chapters build strong regional communities where alumni share ideas, explore career opportunities, and discuss business challenges. Through in-person and online networking events, these groups help alumni expand their expertise while staying connected with Oxford Saïd and the wider University. Whether through industry discussions or career support, OBA Chapters create a space for collaboration, learning, and mutual support.
Driven by passionate alumni, OBA Chapter leaders strengthen lifelong connections across the network. They host speaker events, professional networking, and student-alumni meetups like trek receptions and send-off parties. They also maintain online platforms for seamless alumni connections, facilitating career referrals, mentorship, and social events. Through these efforts, OBA Chapters foster a dynamic, engaged, and supportive global community.

Executive Search for Global Talent – APAC (Online Networking Session)
Tuesday 24 February, 10am GMT Virtual
This online networking session brings together executive alumni and global executive search firms to explore senior leadership opportunities across key Asia-Pacific markets. With a focus on Singapore and Hong Kong, the session offers practical insight into regional hiring dynamics, sector demand, and how internationally mobile leaders are assessed.
The session opens with a brief overview of APAC executive career trends, followed by two interactive breakout discussions. Participants can join either the Singapore or Hong Kong breakout to engage directly with search partners, ask candid questions, and better understand how to position themselves for the region.

Executive search for global talent – EMEA (online networking session)
Tuesday 24 February, 12pm GMT Virtual
This online networking session connects executive alumni with leading executive search firms to explore leadership opportunities across the EMEA region. With a focus on Europe & the UK, the Middle East, and Africa, the session offers practical insight into regional hiring trends, mobility, and the realities of building an international executive career.
The session includes a short overview of current EMEA executive hiring dynamics, followed by two interactive breakout discussions, giving participants direct access to search partners and the opportunity to ask candid questions about market entry, credibility, and progression.
Who it’s for:
Executive-level alumni considering cross-border or regional moves, leaders returning to EMEA after time abroad, and those interested in emerging or high-growth markets.
